Adyam Tesfamariam aka afrodisiac is a DJ, based in Berlin and of Eritrean Descent. As a music selector, host, writer and researcher about afrofuturism her work revolves around liberating practices that weave together past, present and future of African & Black identities. She draws inspiration from the Black Atlantic through the Black Cosmos, sharing her passion for afro club sounds that range from house to gqom, amapiano, kuduro and many more. She has had first Gigs in Johannesburg, played the Afropolitan Black Pride After Party Brussels and had several appearances on Berlins Dancefloors. afrodisiac is also part of the black femme DJ Collective ASA that was founded in 2023.
