Originally known for her high-energy trance, Katia Val has refined her sound into a dynamic blend of deep techno rhythms and expansive, atmospheric melodies of progressive trance. Her trademark is diverse yet unified, primal yet intricate - luring those who move and those who listen with intent.

Born in Ukraine, raised in Australia, and now based in Paris, Katia’s musical journey is one of transformation and discovery. With influences spanning continents, her DJ sets and original tracks blend genres organically, creating unique, energetic experiences connecting the soul and the body on the dance floor. 

After making her mark on the Aussie techno scene, Katia moved to Paris and has since performed at iconic venues such as Fuse, RSO, OXI, Ved Siden Af, Macadam, Rex Club, and Boro Room in Bogotá. Known for tracks like “I Just Wanna” and “Rebounce,” she has released “Chronically Online”, a bouncy and sensual track that fits her DNA.
