Mia Melvær is a Norwegian visual artist and artistic researcher based between Brussels and Norway. 

Working mainly through the mediums of sculpture and painting, her works often centers around questions about materiality, technology and finding processes of recording. With a special interest in tools for collective work and archives of queer and feminist ephemera, her practice oscillates between sculptural installations and assembling scraps from archival deep-dives to create narrative patchworks.
